Job Description

ScopeThe Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Consultant. The Hospitality & Leisure team provides strategic advisory services including Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Studies, Operator Search & Selection Engagements and Operational Assessments. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and institutional investors.Responsibilities:

  • MRICS advantageous. Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
  • Maintain/update internal databases.
  • Conduct primary research where required.
  • Source and update secondary data.
  • Understand Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of hospitality sector growth.
  • Keep abreast of key trends/developments in the regional hospitality sector.
  • Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events.
  • Report status of Lead projects in progress.
  • Develop and implement recommendations, insights, storylines, and structures.
  • Prepares, supervises and co-ordinates the development of high-quality deliverables and accountable for ensuring that high quality deliverables to be developed and communicated to clients in KF standards.
Global Liaison Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sell opportunities into local and international teams.Client Care
  • Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Ensure highest quality standards in accordance with local and international standard
Professional StandardsBuild and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients always to foster the professional image of the PartnershipTeam / Operating Environment
  • Completing deliverables to tight deadlines means that the ability to get on with colleagues and a flexible attitude towards office hours are as important as technical skills & experience.
