Consultant ENTJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Overview:Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant ENT to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.As a Consultant ENT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients, as well as provide guidance and support to junior staff members.Key Responsibilities:•Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests•Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with ENT disorders and diseases•Perform surgical procedures as needed, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and ear tube placements•Prescribe medications and provide follow-up care to patients•Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options•Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care•Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of ENT and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice•Mentor and supervise junior staff members, including residents and medical students•Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation•Adhere to all medical and ethical standards and guidelines set by the facility and regulatory bodiesRequirements:•Medical degree from an accredited institution•Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT•Valid license to practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Strong leadership and mentoring abilities•Ability to work well in a team environment•Proficient in medical technology and equipment•Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
