Job Title: Construction SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to manage and oversee construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the UAE, with strong leadership and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:•Supervise daily site operations and manage workers.•Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.•Enforce safety regulations and conduct site inspections.•Coordinate with project managers and report on progress.Requirements:•Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).•Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role, specifically within the UAE.•Skills:o Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.o Excellent leadership and team management skills.o Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.o Good communication skills, both verbal and written.•Certifications: Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
