Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for the construction of a new facility of 1600 sqm in Dubai.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the work of the general contractor
  • Communicate with the designer, provide all necessary information, and monitor work and timings
  • Ensure compliance with engineering and design decisions at all stages of the project to meet the requirements of the UAE government and the landlord
  • Consult the design project in accordance with engineering best practices and practical usability of the space
  • Manage the process of approving design documentation
Requirements:
  • Experience in project implementation as a Construction Site Manager on facilities over 1000 sqm. Experience with office buildings is preferred, as well as experience with hotel and restaurant facilities.
  • Experience in implementing at least 2 large projects in Dubai (mandatory)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the construction industry is a must
  • Knowledge of engineering and technical components (standards, documentation) during repair work
  • Attention to detail
  • Higher education, preferably in the field of construction and civil engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of Ukrainian (or Russian)
Would be a plus:
  • Current residence of the specialist in Dubai
  • Completed courses in Project Management
Expected result after 1 month of work:
  • Established cooperation process with the landlord
  • Description of the technical specifications for the development of the engineering sections of the design project
  • Description of the zoning principles in the brand book
