Job Title: Construction Site ManagerLocation: DubaiPositionType: Full-timeCompany: R.T.S Oakmont InteriorsSalary: AED 6,000.00 - 9,000.00 (Depending on experience)About Us:With over 20 years of experience in the field of fit outs and renovations, Oakmont Interiors has accomplished the best standards in design and construction executing all projects to the highest quality.Our areas of expertise fall under interior design, renovation services and landscaping for residential and commercial projects covering the whole of the UAE.We are a British owned company based in Dubai that have a team of experts on site to ensure work is carried out to meet the highest expectations.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and in accordance with quality and safety standards.The Construction Site Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and managing all on-site activities and resources.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, and labourers.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure high-performance levels among the team.
  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure that construction activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and labor to support project needs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to minimise wastage and control costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular reports to management on project status, including progress, budget, and any potential issues.
  • Quickly address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or unexpected challenges that may arise during construction projects.
