We are a dynamic and multi-faceted German owned and managed company seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Supervisor / Coordinator to join our team. Our main business is IT, however we operate across various sectors, offering a diverse and challenging work environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve minor issues potentially with your own hands-on skills
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Prepare and review technical drawings and plans
  • Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner
  • Research about construction materials
