Our projects span both residential and commercial sectors, with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of our work. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee our swimming pool construction projects in Dubai.˙Job Summary:˙We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our swimming pool construction projects from design through to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of construction site experience, with specific expertise in swimming pool filtration and disinfection system design. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of swimming pool construction projects, from initial design to final handover.
  • Lead the design process, particularly in the areas of swimming pool filtration and disinfection system design, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design structural elements of FRP swimming pools.
  • Coordinate and attend design meetings and site meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the construction period.
