Job Description

Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, with 18-20 years experience out of which 5/6 years in similar positions managing independently the entire technical and commercial aspects of fast-track high-rise building projects of USD 200 million or above from commencement to completion within time and cost. Should have dealt with international Consultants and project Management companies. Will have to control a team of Construction Managers, Coordinators, Safety, Quality Assurance˙and Planning Engineers.˙Candidates with Arabian Gulf experience are preferred.˙˙˙˙Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, controlling costs, and providing accurate financial reporting to ensure the financial success of each project, while also fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication among all project stakeholders.

  • Forge strong partnerships with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals, guaranteeing full compliance with legal requirements, codes, and regulations during project execution.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of construction professionals, such as engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to coordinate project tasks, prioritize safety, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Establish and oversee project timetables, rigorously oversee advancements, and swiftly resolve any construction-related hindrances or setbacks, all while keeping stakeholders well-informed.
  • Take charge of project scheduling, vigilantly track progress, and promptly tackle any construction-related hurdles or delays, all while ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast of developments.
