Construction ManagersJob Location Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.•Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.•Effectively manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.•Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.•Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.•Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.•Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.•Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments.•Resolve any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise during the project.•Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.Requirements :•Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.•Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and best practices.•Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.•Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.•Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology tools.•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.•Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
