Construction Manager – Façade / CladdingJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Lead, plan, and manage all façade and cladding works from mobilization through to project completion.•Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, technical specifications, and quality standards.•Liaise with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and coordinate engineering solutions.•Monitor installation activities and ensure alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.•Supervise subcontractors and façade specialists, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and workmanship standards.•Manage inspections, QA/QC procedures, mock-ups, and material approvals related to external envelope works.•Coordinate with internal project managers, structural engineers, and architectural teams to ensure façade integration with overall building systems.•Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews; generate status reports for senior stakeholders.•Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices are strictly adhered to across façade work areas.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.•Minimum 10 years of experience in façade and cladding construction, with at least 5 years in the UK or GCC.•Strong knowledge of unitized, stick system, curtain wall, ACP, GRC, stone cladding, and ventilated façade systems.•Experience in overseeing façade works on high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.•Familiarity with local building regulations, façade design codes, and authority requirements.•Proficient in interpreting façade drawings, shop drawings, and engineering details.•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
