?? Position: Construction Manager?? Location: Reporting to Operations Manager?? Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000?Requirements:

Degree: Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, with a focus on industrial/warehouse projects within a contracting company.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage project budgets, including costs, variations, and EOTs.
Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop the project team, ensuring high productivity and retention.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual specifications.
Coordinate all site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
Manage material/drawing submissions, negotiations, and approvals with consultants, clients, and authorities.
Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Plan, manage, and control the project as a separate profit center, handling all aspects from manpower to overhead costs.
