Construction ManagerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities :?Supervise and direct construction projects from conception to completion?Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs?Ensure that all onsite and offsite construction is in compliance with building and safety regulations?Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors?Review work progress on a daily basis?Prepare internal and external reports on job status?Identify and mitigate any project risks?Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses?Ensure that quality construction standards are met and that suitable construction procedures are usedRequirements :?Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field?10 years relevant work experience?Must have MMUP, UPDA/MME Certification?Experience in the infrastructure industry, such as roads, bridges, utilities, and highways, preferably in GCC is essential?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?Ability to work in a fast-pace, dynamic work environment
