Job Description

We are currently seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Helpers in the UAE. As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects across various sites in the region.?Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled tradesmen and construction workers in performing their duties.
  • Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
  • Operate hand tools and other construction equipment as directed.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks.
  • Willingness to work long hours (10-hour shifts) and six days per week.
  • Valid UAE residency visa (sponsorship provided by the company).
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
