Construction Contracts ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage all pre- and post-contract activities for construction projects.•Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.•Ensure compliance with contract terms and local regulations.•Administer claims, variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolutions.•Coordinate with project, commercial, and legal teams to support successful project delivery.•Monitor contract performance and advise on risks or deviations.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management•Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in the UAE construction sector.•Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction laws.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.•Excellent command in English
