Job Description

We are looking for a talented Conference Producer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences, exhibitions, and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop conference programs that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential conference topics based on market trends and client needs
  2. Develop conference programs, including selecting speakers, creating agendas, and coordinating logistics
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote conferences and attract attendees
  4. Manage all aspects of conference execution, including budgeting, venue selection, and onsite logistics
  5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
  6. Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor events to ensure conferences remain relevant and competitive
  8. Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, speakers, and sponsors
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after conferences
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in conference planning and production
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, speakers, and vendors
  4. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to problem solve and think creatively
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  8. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in conference planning and production
  9. Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
