We put safety, operational and service success at the heart of everything we do, around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.POSITION SUMMARY:The Concierge’s primary responsibility is to assist residents and guests with any inquiries, mail, messages and requirements they may have concerning their residence. In short, the Concierge aims to assist with almost all queries, plans or arrangements, the resident or guests intends to make; the Concierge is also responsible for receiving and distributing parcels and correspondence for both residents and visitors.Welcomes and assists residents and their visitor’s according to Brand StandardsIs an ambassador of Concierge Services by providing memorable service experiencesEnsures prompt, efficient and updated recording of mail, parcels, messages and visitorsMaintains a perpetual presence on the Concierge Desk throughout the hours of the shiftRemains observant, notes preferences of the residents & visitors, and responds accordingly to inquiries & requestsGreets and assists residents and visitors following standards either in person, email or on the phoneGreets all residents and guests courteously, using their names whenever possibleFollows Occupational Health & Safety regulationsReports suspicious people, behavior, parcels and vehicles to SecurityEnsures a complete and comprehensive handover is given to the next shiftEnsures follow up on any outstanding items on the handover report and takes ownershipHandles cash for residential services (A La Carte Services, Water delivery)Logging and holding of keys for residentsSupplying keys and access cards responsibly and with the correct documentationEnsures correct filing and updating of residents and guests recordsCoordinates move in and move out requestsEnsures the building rules are followed and communicated to the residentsQualifications:Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated verbal & written communication skillsMust be service-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist peopleProficient in the English language (verbal & written), additional languages are an assetMust be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environmentMust be flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervisionMust have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong, analytical, problem-solving skillsMust be computer literate in Microsoft Windows and MS Office suiteAble to type 25 words per minuteOne year minimum experience in Residential (FM)Facilities or International Hotel experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
