Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer UAE, Dubai / Full-time Onsite or Remote / Compliance Responsibilities - Assisting in all compliance and regulatory matters with local and international regulatory bodies.- Preparing regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance matters.- Focusing on internal compliance and AML policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance review, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviews.- Working with in-house and external advisories to monitor, and then implement responses to, regulatory developments that impact the businesses.- Tracking new product/service launch compliance items.- Collaborating with other departments (legal, risk & operations) on special compliance projects as necessary.- Assisting in and undertaking the development of training materials and training programs.- Carry out the necessary implementation of compliance with regulations issued and provide necessary communication and coordination with FIU and necessary regulatory bodies.- Work with internal audit to implement necessary conformance with findings. - Work with wider Binance global Compliance and AML team.- Acting as Authorised COMLRO under the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority Requirements - At least 10 years of compliance experience with a reputable multinational company, preferably in fintech or financial service sector.- Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.- Demonstrated managerial experience and strong leadership skills.- Crypto knowledge will be a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Entrepreneurial, innovative and strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.- Must be UAE based.Privacy Preference Center Manage Consent PreferencesAlways Active
