Job Description

Compliance Manager| Financial Services| Orient Insurance PJSC˙A compliance manager is responsible for ensuring that the companys policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The compliance manager also oversees the implementation and enforcement of the compliance program, as well as the training and education of staff on compliance issues.˙˙What you will do:˙

  • Develop, review, and update the companys compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and audit the companys operations and activities to identify and assess compliance risks and gaps.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address compliance issues
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on compliance matters and best practices.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as legal, audit, risk, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage and supervise the compliance team and ensure their performance and development.
  • Liaise with regulators on compliance related matters.
  • Maintain compliance calendar for the company.
  • Design and deliver compliance training and education programs for staff and management.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in compliance regulations and standards.
