Compliance manager (CAMS Mandate)We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in fintech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding fintech and will be responsible for ensuring our company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the companys fintech products and services.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor and review regulatory changes and updates and advise the company on necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide guidance and training to company employees on compliance policies and procedures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage regulatory examinations and audits.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCollaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Risk Management, to ensure compliance is incorporated into all aspects of the companys operations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that customer complaints and concerns related to compliance are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWork with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors as required.
