Job Description

Good afternoon!There is currently an open position for a Compliance manager in Housebook.Attention! Only for those who are locally located in Dubai.Remote selection and purchase of real estate is now available in different countries. Housebook creates and develops IT tools that help brokers quickly and conveniently purchase housing for their clients in different countries and receive high commissions. Housebooks ecosystem contains the best proven new buildings for living and investing. Brokers are provided with a personal account with the ability to remotely conduct a secure transaction and receive remuneration.Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of various drafting options and pitfalls of EOI (Expression of Interest), reservation and booking forms, and sales and purchase agreements (SPA);
  • Experience in interacting with government entities, including RERA, Dubai Land Department, and Ras-Al-Khaima Land Department is a plus, especially regarding the registration of contracts at the construction stage (offplan, Oqood);
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information;
  • Stress resilience and the ability to respond quickly to changes and requests;
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in law, economics, or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of experience in document management;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Proficiency in English at least at Upper-Intermediate level.
