  • Offer legal guidance to Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers, coordinating with retained lawyers for UAE laws.
  • Keep Group Compliance Manager and subsidiary managers updated on UAE legal amendments.
  • Coordinate with retained lawyers to draft, review legal documents in compliance with UAE law.
  • Assist Group Compliance Manager in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and execute plans in response to audits, compliance issues; manage legal cases and agreements, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
