Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Consultant located in Dubai, UAE. The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, providing compliance management support, conducting analysis on compliance issues, communicating compliance requirements and standards, and working closely with the finance and legal departments.The role requires :

  • Understanding the UAE and international laws with respect to Anti Money Laundering and Responsible Sourcing
  • Understanding how regulatory requirements impact different categories of businesses
  • Assisting in the preparation of AML and Responsible Sourcing compliance policy of clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of Client Due Diligence Program for clients
  • Determining compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them
  • Performing compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved
  • Maintaining up to date written documentation and policies related to the organizations business activities
