Job Description

Position - company incorporation specialistMin work Experience - 3 Years in the same or related Role.Preferred - Female

  1. Preparation of documents related to Incorporation, prolongations, and liquidations of local and foreign companies in the UAE (Especially registration, preparation of all necessary documents for company management, contact with authorities) and review of existing companies.
  2. Contact/meeting with clients, banks, correspondents, authorities, introducers, etc. including all planning, scheduling, and arranging for meetings.
  3. Bank Account opening (filling out of the account opening forms, provision of information on clients and their companies to the banks, KYC/compliance).
  4. Compliance and due diligence of the clients and their companies (completion of client profiles ? KYC, Anti-Money Laundering risk assessment), collection of all relevant information and documentation for due diligence.
  5. Dealing with real estate and property matters be it leasing, purchasing, selling, transfers and registration in Dubai Land Department.
  6. Preparation of all legal documents for clients and their companies (Agreements, Resolutions, reports etc.)
  7. Preparations of offers, quotations, business proposals, analyses, promotional material etc.
  8. Handling visa applications, visa cancellation, amendments & certificates, lease and trade license renewal & other related applications.
  9. Dealing with the attestations of personal and company documents of clients in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consulate offices and Embassy.
  10. Handling of petty cash expenses, cheque issuance and monitoring, and vouchers preparations.
  11. Preparations of invoices, payment orders and handling customer?s payment.
