  • Transport persons, goods, documents as needed within UAE
  • Facilitate airport pick ups and transportation of CEO and her family during UAE visits
  • Maintain the vehicle needs, automobile check schedules, tire condition while keeping the vehicle clean , both inside and out
  • Assist with office rearrangement for upcoming meetings/events
  • Support Admin section as a messenger by assisting mail deliveries ? both incoming and outgoing
  • Admin tasks include pick up of flight tickets, bank process paperwork, visa application process
