Communications Technology Group MESA Delivery Manager page is loadedCommunications Technology Group MESA Delivery ManagerlocationsDubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates time typeFull time posted onPosted Yesterday job requisition id1120844 Communications Technology Group MESA Delivery ManagerThis role has been designated as ?Edge?, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office .In a typical day as CMS MESA Delivery Manager, you would.Communication Technology Group responsible for solution and services delivery for MESA subregion customersGood understanding and background in Telco sector, network solution and BSS/OSS applicationResponsible to drive, manages and controlsdeliveryactivities withinMESAsub-region,which is part of a largerEMEAgeographical Region.Responsible for implementing delivery capabilities (industry and portfolio) and executing delivery models for the practice/sub-region, and recommends ideas for optimization of those models.Manages customer high complexity and high risk project delivery, supervising and supporting Project Management.Manage customer and internal escalation, solutioning and lead to unblock issuesManages project financials, ensuring no red projects.Responsible for personnel and business management of the practice, including accountability for team effectiveness, people development and achieving utilization targets.Manages employees and subcontracted workforce, directing and controlling activities, engagement, career development, HR related task, etc.Manage delivery engaging multiple (non-direct reports) internal groups as CoE, R&D, Product Management and Support organizations.Responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships at director and intermediate levels, and is an active participant in consulting engagements in pursuit and delivery.Responsible of delivery definition during bid phase.
