Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Content & Communications Specialist to manage our external communications and the creation of content for our online platform. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company?s behalf.Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong content & communications specialist. Experience in social media management and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and monitor on Social media and Web content to ensure content updates and user engagement.
  • Create, manage and monitor on Social media activity.
  • Work with managers across the company to develop effective content strategies and creative content.
  • Collaborate with client services and design teams to complete assignments effectively, efficiently and on deadline.
  • Create content (e.g. blog articles, images, videos, press releases) for our website, social pages, or mass media that will engage our customer base, attract new customers and improve our search engine rankings.
  • Communicate with clients and freelancers through different channels to understand their needs and how they are using the system.
  • Achieve the KPIs to be agreed upon with the Chief Operating Officer
  • Able to take initiatives, come up with creative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Capable of going the extra mile within a startup environment
