Support the team in strategies and plans to execute internal and external communications requirements to promote the activities of the Group
Deploy a wide range of communications skills and formats, while providing sound advice and guidance to stakeholders to deliver a variety of messages
Work with departments across organization to deliver innovative, best-in-class communication
Develop and maintain relationships with external media providers - Welcome and track all press contacting us from the different channels
Develop written material related to the Communication Unit as well as internal documents
Support in managing the internal communications of the Group to ensure staff across the company are up to date with the latest information
Support the senior team members in issues related to communication management, predominantly through rigorous media monitoring and management of media
Manage and coordinate external resources such as agencies, pres monitoring agencies and translator
Conduct regular reports about company?s perceptions, press output and coverage analysis to identify successes, trends and monitor risks, and provide feedback and recommendations.
