  • Build a strong structure of trades connection appropriately with full consideration on risk management and deliver profitability.
  • Liaise mainly with bank relationship manager regarding trades.
  • Lead the business development team to manage and grow deal pipeline, establishing relationships with network and potential contacts within the industry.
  • Be the main point of contact for Fertilizer suppliers and customers thus display deep understanding of Fertilizer markets globally, freights process and costings.
  • Work with CEO in the presentation of annual profit projections, risk mitigations and P&L.
