Key Responsibilities? Enforces and monitors safety aspects in work in line with Company HSE objectives.? Leads and plans Commissioning activities of the Project. Define commissioning packages system mark ups.? Develop Commissioning procedure, Plan and schedules in line with Project Plan in consultation with team and Project Manager.? Conducts Risk assessments and SIMOPS studies and implementing the same. Ensures strict compliance to safety procedure and Lock out tag out procedures.? Identification of temporaries, first fills and commissioning spares. Manages resource allocation for assigned Project.? Assists Project Manager and Lead Commissioning Engineer in ensuring seamless delivery of the Project.? Controlling, Monitoring and closing of commissioning punch lists and reporting.? Effective utilization of available Man Power and Materials and to prepare vendor call out schedules and manage vendors and service engineers.Qualification Required? Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent qualificationExperience Required? First class Marine Engineer with experience of sailing as Chief Engineer on board ships or offshore vessels with Five (5) year experience.? Should be experienced in commissioning activities in any of the Marine / Offshore Construction field.? Experience in computerized commissioning management systems.? Knowledge about contract administration and good project management skills.
