  • Coordinate within team in the pastry section of the kitchen ? from cleanliness to stocks and needed supplies?
  • Prepare ingredients and handle baking and other kitchen equipment
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of working area
  • Check stocks, expiry dates, orders and any challenge in the pastry section?
  • Create pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe
