With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.Your day to dayYou will support the F&B Culinary preparation team and your duties will range from the setting up of food, & equipment to assisting with the preparation of mis-en-place. You will ensure the food pick up is done on time and follow HACCP standards always. The incumbent will provide support to the Demi Chef De Parties and Chef De Parties in the operation.What we need from youIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:Minimum one year in a similar role in a five star propertyAbility to work independently and within a team environmentExcellent communication skills in English
