Job Description

Position Title:Commis (Hot & Cold)Employment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty mealJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

  • Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
  • Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
  • Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
  • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Qualifications:
  • 35 years old and below
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Must have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
