  • Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
  • Handling multiple deliveries of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and other items and including them in the inventory.
  • Interacting and informing the supervisor about the current condition of the inventory and if additional restaurant supplies are required.
  • Understanding the composition of various sauces and salads and experimenting with the ingredients to enhance the taste.
