Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commis Chef to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing meals and maintaining a high standard of food quality. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.?Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head Chef in preparing meals according to the menu and recipes
  2. Ensure the food is cooked and presented in accordance with established standards
  3. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures in the kitchen
  4. Clean and maintain the kitchen equipment and utensils
  5. Assist in stock management and inventory control
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef
  2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
