Job Description

  • Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
  • Communicating with the Chef de partie and preparing the required sauces and salads.
  • Measuring the required ingredients for every recipe and ensuring their proper usage for the particular recip
  • Monitoring the ingredients, their proper utilization, and inclusion, along with washing and seasoning them.
