As a Commis chef, you would be working on different stations in a high volume kitchen environment. Is responsible for creating an innovative culinary experience for the guests. Is ready to take challenges and takes leadership role during the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.Assist in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
