POSITION PURPOSEAs a member of thekitchen team you are responsible for supporting all aspects of kitchenmanagement, team training and development, and all Health and Safety aspectsrelated to the kitchen. You will beresponsible for maintaining standards & full preparation & service ofall mep of your manned section whilst being able to offer assistance to allmembers of the culinary brigade.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS?
