  • Prepares and cooks food and prepare ingredients as per requisitions, recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Completes all required checklists for each shift and makes daily production lists for his/her section in absence of the Chef de Partie
  • Operates kitchen equipment and tools; ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
  • Minimizes spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per operating procedure
  • Assists other chefs, measure ingredients, and clean stations
  • Prepares meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
