Job Description

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with the pre-cooking preparation such as cutting, peeling, chopping, marinating, and seasoning according to the guidelines set by head chef.
  • Ensure that the food is cooked to the desired quality and consistency as per assigned section standard.
  • Follow the recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided by the chef which include measurements, cooking times, and temperature settings to ensure consistent results.
  • Involved in plating and garnishing, arranging food on plates, and ensuring proper portioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in their designated workstation.
