Job Description

Position Title: CommiEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate level of doneness
