Job Description

About the Client: A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts?

  • Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting
  • Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
  • Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
  • Report inventory to the head chef every end of shift
