Our client is a mixed use property requiring experience retail, office and residential leasing?Key Accountabilities:?o???Oversee, plan, and implement a strategic, overall leasing plan for the subject property????o???Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final document execution???????????o???Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, renewals, casual leasing, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and development of attractive leasing packages in accordance to company?s rules and procedureso???Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, work with tenants to develop standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation???????o???Collaborate with internal teams as required including Our client property management and coordination, operations, lease administration, finance and marketingo???Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers, existing and short-term tenantso???Prepare related reports and dashboards for senior management as requiredo???Remain up-to-date on current market trends and leasing strategies in the industry and report regularly to management?
