Job Description

Overview of the roleWe are seeking a hands-on, data-oriented Commercial Programmes Manager to join Al Futtaim Automotive. This role is crucial in driving data-backed profitability and decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and nurturing the actions and relationships that deliver results. What you will do

  • Support the overall Al Futtaim Automotive strategy and ensure it is embedded in our operational capabilities and performance
  • Oversee and maintain market-leading dealer performance reporting and analysis
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy checks for all metrics within the dealer performance reporting suite
  • Rationalize the Al Futtaim Automotive reporting landscape, removing duplicative and legacy reporting
  • Create a clear, structured KPI (Key Performance Indicator)/metric repository across all Al Futtaim Automotive businesses and brands
  • Define and implement the ?levers? to drive competitive spirit and improvement opportunities
  • Measure, monitor, and drive accountability for improvement actions across the business
  • Support the objectives and performance measurement cycle, setting scorecards, key metrics, and targets
  • Oversee all reporting needs and material collation/creation for activities relating to the Vice President?s Office
  • Coordinate the annual scorecard and objective-setting process across Al Futtaim Automotive Business Operations
