?Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope to estimate the cost, time, and resources required for project completion.?Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources to establish a project budget.?Estimation includes related joinery, steel, glass, upholstery, acrylic, lights, stone etc. (Pricing by material & labor breakdown)?Do site visits related to fit out work and invite specialist supplier/subcontractors such as contractors, builder works, manpower supply etc?Pricing complete turnkey fit out jobs & control all quantity measurements and costs relating to projects, from the initial measurements and calculations to the final figures.?Prepare Bill of Quantity, maximize the legitimate quantities of a project as much by adhering to the methods measurements contractually and the required standards, quality established with the client.?Analize the quantities based on the specifications, drawings, and materials required as well as manpower resources?Coordination with suppliers, contractors, consultants, clients to solve the issues.?Coordinate with Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager/ Asst. PM / Project Engineer to ensure successful implementation of activities within planned schedule and budget?Value engineering to meet the client budgets?Comparison & negotiation with suppliers & contractors?Coordination with Project manager/design team & taking information about variations & issuing to client?Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish long-term relationships with vendors to secure quality materials and services.?Procure goods and services based on project requirements, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.?Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.?Track inventory levels, manage stock to avoid shortages, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.?Monitor procurement costs to ensure they stay within budget and maintain records of purchases, costs, and payments.?Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure accurate estimation and procurement of resources.?Establish trust and confidence for a lasting relationship with his client?s counterparts.
