Handling major turnkey Interior Fit out projects; pre-tenders, assisting in negotiations, involvement in pre & post commercial issues, setting budgets, cost reports and contract negotiations, Contract awarding and Tender Negotiations. Manage the commercial aspects of a growing interior fit out company. Handle all pre and post contract activities, leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Procurement Department. Utilise experience and contacts within the fit-out industry to aid in business development to spearhead the growth and forward momentum of the company.
