We are looking for Commercial Manager for Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities :Contract Management : Review and amend, if required, project documents taking input from the Technical team and other departments such as: o PPA Power purchase agreement,o LLS (Land lease Agreement),o ICA (Interconnection Agreement{s),o EPC Term sheet,o EPC Contract,o O&M Term sheet,o O&M Contract, Assisting the Bid Process o Clarification for RFPo Asist in preparing Bid Assumption book by taking proper input from CTO office;o Assist in appointing Advisorso Assist in approaching Sub contractor and supplier Assist in preparing Scope split document from a commercial perspectiveo O&M budget review;o Review of Performances and guarantees sections going into the bid.o Review of Testing and commissioning and early operation performance impact Review of Deviations/clarification in bid letter;o Assist in setting target EPC price;o Assist in defining optimum EPC strategies working coordination with CTO office for technical aspect ;o Assist in defining optimum EPC contractors and subcontractors ;o Assist in defining LD structure in coordination with CTO;o Review of EPC commercial proposals (versus industry benchmarks and OTS);o Manage commercial issues with EPC, Client, Lenders and Insurers;o Assist in bid issues preparation; Assisting the Project Closing Process o Getting clarifications from Customerso Project close out informationo Assist in LTA report, insurance , equity partner and other related stake holderso Assist in Project Transfer to the Portfolio Management department
