Job Description

Job Summary:A leading FMCG Group in UAE and is looking for a Commercial Director based in Dubai to oversee business units, commercial teams and sales & distribution strategies in UAE and across GCC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies (sales & marketing) based on company goals and objectives and oversee business development efforts on behalf of Company and its Brands.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction in all commercial functions of the company
  • Formulate and execute companys strategic plan for sales, marketing and commercial operations
  • Develop and implement commercial and operation strategies, monitor commercial performance and provide strategic guidance for the business units
  • Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, marketing, procurement & supply chain, cost, expenses and other measurements of commercial operations performance
  • Oversee all sales & distribution related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels and markets
  • Support and lead company?s sales, growth and continuous cost, efficiency and quality improvements in the business
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship with suppliers and distributors across the region
  • Oversee and strengthen the financial growth and stability of the Company and Operations
  • Understand the risk associated with business including commercial team and able to devise and implement plans to mitigate the risk for smooth process
  • Timely update and present competitors? activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc. to the Top Management
  • Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to the Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement
