Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Card Sales Expert with our esteemed client in Dubai, a leading global payments firm.Overview:In this 3-year full-time onsite contractual position, you will lead sales discussions, facilitate operational onboarding, and ensure customer activation and utilisation. Based onsite in Dubai, UAE, this role offers exposure to diverse business customers, focusing on the Middle Market and specific industry verticals.Project Focus:The project aims to expand the commercial card customer base, emphasising B2B payments across sectors such as Digital Services, Business Events or Business Tours, , Travel Wholesale, Education, Healthcare, and Media Buying. The key performance criteria for this role would be tracking of sales key performance indicators, regular updates, and strategic meetings with the clients management team, driving sales growth and supporting strong customer relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Lead impactful sales discussions, effectively presenting the clients products to business customers within specific market segments.
  • Ensure seamless operational onboarding of new customers, managing account application forms and documentation.
  • Ensure follow-ups with onboarded customers to guarantee activation and initial usage of commercial cards.
  • Publishing status updates on progress against KPIs through various meetings and reporting methods.
  • Leverage the assets and resources of the payment firm to support the above responsibilities when applicable.
