  • Support daily operation by effectively coordinating in between teams internally (operations, sales and admi) through various steps in closing a transaction from contracts signing to approvals and other related documents.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, test drives, and product presentations.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant with regulations, and in order for smooth transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on vehicle logistics, inventory status, and transportation costs.
