Job Description

Our client a financial solutions company based in Saudi is currently hiring for a Collection Agents ? Position open to Saudi Nationals only.As a collection agent, you will work with customers to collect their outstanding debts to the company Your duties will include organizing and keeping track of customer?s outstanding debt accounts, contacting customers to learn more about their payment status and negotiating payments and payment plans with customers.What you?ll do

  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Handle questions or complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts
What you bring to the team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous experience working in Collections, Customer Service, or a similar role.
